[cisco-voip] CCM 4.2(3) Internal Server Error 500

Getting Internal Server Error 500 on CCM 4.2(3) publisher. Tried
re-setting IISAdmin (which resets WWW Publishing Service) several times.
Any other ideas?
I hesitant to just reboot the box...
System log shows these warnings, which I see all the time on other
customer systems;
