[cisco-voip] TFTP from non-Cisco server to update 7970 firmware

The CallManager tftp service generates the necessary xml configuration
files for the phone on the fly to my understanding (at least with newer
versions of CM). If you want to run a standalone tftp server the phone
is going to be looking to it for ap roperly formatted SEPxxx.cnf.xml
file as you have found out. The format for this file is somewhat
documented at various places online - dig around some of the asterisk
websites or message boards and you may come across it - or ask nicely
and someone may be able to send you an example valid xml file.
