[cisco-voip] CCME Speed Dials and COR

Got a customer, wants to block all LD dialing, unless it is a speed-dial in
an XML for CCME...

How do we do that?

Also, he wants to implement Facility Access Codes so that users can be
prompted to dial a digit string to dial LD...

Any way to do that on CCME?
