[cisco-voip] CCME Speed Dials and COR

OK, I figured out an override setting, so instead of blocking calls using
COR, we block them using after-hours block patterns.... this way, the guy
can log into the phone with a PIN...
However, there are numbers that everyone must be able to dial (bulk loaded
speed dials), but these are blocked too... How do I exempt the speed dials
from either COR or the after hours block patterns?
