Hello,

we are using Cisco Unity 4.0.3.sr1 and CCM 4.1.3.sr4d. Some (not all) of
the users have a problem with MWI status. When they have a new message
NWI is OFF, but they receive a messages via exchange server. When I
manualy refresh MWI on the subscriber Messages page, then this error is
geterated in application event log:
