[cisco-voip] 4.0 to 5.0

Has anyone successfully upgraded from 4.0.2a to 5.0.4.  The problem is not
the upgrade itself, but the hardware change.

At the moment I'm running on a MCS server with a 40GB HD and 5.0 requires a
72GB HD.  Has anyone done this.  HD has been purchased along with more
memory.

It appears I would have to:
1. BARS publisher
2. Install new HD
3. Load OS
4. Load CCM
5. BARS restore
6. Let system run on PUB to be sure all is well
7. Start 5.0 process


Anyone with a similar experience.
