[cisco-voip] Do you have phones (7970) still with incorrect time?READ ME

Both bugs are resolved in 8.2(1)ES5.

In my testing even before the second bug was filed simply loading an  
8.2(2) load fixed the issue for me.   I may not have done a great job  
writing the description for CSCsh12444 but as far as I know they are  
the same issue.
