[cisco-voip] Echoes (echo-cancel coverage)

I have reports of IP users experiencing intermittent echo problems on IP
<-> PSTN.  I looked at my 2801 and I'm seeing that echo-cancel coverage
is set to 8 ms.  

Will changing this help my problems?  Will there be any bad effects of
raising this to 64 or 128?
