[cisco-voip] Clock In Clock Out Phone Service

I have seen an xml service that does this, but for the life of me I can't remember the vendor that sells it. Keep searching there are a couple of solutions out there.

That sounds like a great candidate for a Cisco XML
application IMHO. I don't remember ever seeing this in
the CallManager features however.
