[cisco-voip] CiscoMessaging Interface keeps "falling" down in CCM 5.0(4)

Well if it does manage to get running it will eat cpu time and if it
somehow gets configured it could break all of your voicemail calls.
In general if you are not using a service, don't activate it.

The system has CUE for messaging but that is not the case i assume.
Shall i disable the service? Does it have any impact by being
activated besides generating all these logs?
