[cisco-voip] RTP Packet Loss

Hi,

 

Has anyone encountered a problem with RTP packet loss. I came across bug
ID CSCse62416, known symptoms include the loss of audio while the phone
is receiving packets. The workaround to this problem was to put the call
on hold and then resume, once this is done the audio stream returns. It
was also suggested to upgrade the firmware. I've upgraded the firmware
but the problem persists. Does anyone have any suggestions?
