Global phone book changes from a .csv to a entry in the SLAPD.

 

One gotcha that I've seen is if you use the global directory for the
IPCC agents and a field in the .csv is blank (Mine was an Extn number
entry) you will not be able to complete the installation - fails while
doing the BAR;s restore.

We are upgrading a customer from IPCC 3.1 to 4.0(4) with new servers and
I was wondering if there was installation doco somewhere... Nuance's web
site is useless... 

Also, if there is an integration document for integrating Nuance with a
quad-server IPCC deployment... 

Are there any gotchas here?
