[cisco-voip] Nuance Installation documentation

We are upgrading a customer from IPCC 3.1 to 4.0(4) with new servers and I
was wondering if there was installation doco somewhere... Nuance's web site
is useless...

Also, if there is an integration document for integrating Nuance with a
quad-server IPCC deployment...

Are there any gotchas here?
