[cisco-voip] Cisco Unity 4.2(1) install error

Installing the data store service pack 4, I get the following error:

Setup Initialization Error
Access is Denied

Source: X:\sql2000_sp4\x86\setup\sqlspre.ini
Target: C:\Docume~1\UnityI~1\LocalS~1\Temp\setupsql.ini


And then it dies...

After that I have to reboot to even run CUSPA again and Unity is toast.
