[cisco-voip] Virtualized CCM for lab purposes

Where are some resources detailing the process needed
to install CCM 3.x, 4.x, and 5.x for lab purposes? I
need to build a lab with 4.1(x) at the moment so that
it could quickly be used to beef up my CCM knowledge.
