Thank you jim,
Found a link at
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/ps6441/products_feature_guide091
86a00806b941f.html
But reading that page makes me believe these PVDMs are only sopported on the
motherboard with an NM-1CE1T1-PRI or the dual version. And not on an NM-HDV2
mobule which is a shame, regarding upgrades and compatibility.
List price wise I'm also not in favour of these cards, the voice capable
PVDMs are a lot cheaper. Even the upgrade PVDMs are well priced at $50 (per
DSP-1) less than buying a new module.
PVDM2-12DM 12 Port Digital Modem Module $2,350
PVDM2-24DM 24 Port Digital Modem Module $3,995
PVDM2-36DM 36 Port Digital Modem Module $4,995
VS.
PVDM2-8 8-Channel Packet Voice/Fax DSP Module $400
PVDM2-16 16-Channel Packet Voice/Fax DSP Module $800
PVDM2-32 32-Channel Packet Voice/Fax DSP Module $1,600
PVDM2-48 48-Channel Packet Voice/Fax DSP Module $2,400
PVDM2-64 64-Channel Packet Voice/Fax DSP Module $3,200
Am I missing something here?
Has anyone used an VWIC-2MFT-T1/E1 to terminate modem or voice calls on
DSPs?
