[cisco-voip] CCM & PBX via Qsig

On Mgcp gw page in cm , try changing display IE and facility IE settings ,
that is try un checking them and reset the gw and then test the call and try
to capture the debug as well.

If I understand correctly calls from Siemens to cm dont work.
