[cisco-voip] Adding Number to PRI

Well we do get calls on the PRI from the outside world. So I will look at
the Call Route pattern and PRI pages on CCM, see if I can figure it out!
(This is not a DID number, although we do have those as well coming in on
the PRI. As an example, let's say my DIDs start with 666, so 666-1000 comes
in on the PRI, and rings extension 1000 internally. With this number I want
to route, that's not the case. The first three digits are 555, so I need to
take a number that normally lands at Building C, and have the phone company
plop it on the PRI, and then I need to intercept it on the PRI, and ring
extension 3100 at Building C).
