So the statement of CSCsd50540 it would affect all ISRs is to be taken
seriously. I wasn't sure as I haven't yet dealt with 28xx/38xx and
integrated switches (I have on 1841s, but there no QoS was needed on
the SVIs so far). The impact of this problem seems really large platform-
wise.

Looks like it was discovered in early 12.4 short-lived interim versions
and is still present in the complete train. CSCek45222 indeed states
a first found in 12.5. And it somehow doesn't feel like an easy to resolve
problem, lingering close to the hardware or at least the design.
 
Gives me the creeps.
