They could be CTI Ports, these are shown under devices

Probably these are not actually phone devices. Check the device typ.
They may be CTI route points, which use directory numbers too. But then
you wouldn't have found them under Device. How many phones do you have
like this?
You could have some application running on your callmanager, like a
software phone, which is not a good thing.
