[cisco-voip] CUE-AIM 2.3-CCM:after running the wizard it continously reloads

Hi, i have a CUE AIM 2.3 on a 2811 and i integrated it with a CCM 5.0(4a).
After running the 1 wizard to configure it, i also run the 
postinstallation wizard: it went OK.
Then i accessed the GUI and performed the wizard to import users etc.
i have filled the necessary information, jtapi user, ccmadmin user and 
the wizard imported all the settings correctly (i have skipped the users 
import because for the moment i only need the AA).
After that, i saw the gui and the CTI ports were correctly imported, but...

it started to reload!
And after it came online, it reloaded again!
And every time it came online, after 10-15 seconds it reloads.
I almost had the time to issue "offline" and "restore factory defaults" 
and after the reload i am back to zero again.
I did the same procedure and it happened again!!
Any ideas why it is happening?
