Is it a brand new AIM module? I've seen them get stuck in a reboot cycle
when the flash disk gets too full. The solution to that is to download the
helper image from CCO and put it on tftp. Go to bootloader prompt (hit ***
when prompted during boot) and change config to point to this helper. Boot
this image by doing a "boot helper". When the image boots up, choose Option
3 to do disk cleanup.
That might be worth a try.
It might also help to post an error messages you see when it's stuck in the
reboot cycle.
