[cisco-voip] for voip connection with an isp which settings

You will need session border controller / IPIPGW.  Sort of like a 'proxy'
for voice to your ISP.  Your ISP talks with a public IP on the IPIPGW and
that terminates the ISP leg and originates a new leg on the inside of your
network.
