Anyone seen the below issue. They claim they reset someone's password
and the user had to re-enroll. I suspect user error but I'll research it
and try to duplicate -jason

Have you heard of anything like this? It has happened a few times in
Delaware. At first, we chalked it up to selecting the "Set subscriber
for self-enrollment at next login" option but I don't think that's it.

We have found that sometimes the voicemail, once the password is reset
the user has to totally re-set up their mailbox. We reinstalled Bruce's
voicemail, and it was fine, but then a few days later, it made him
re-setup his mailbox.

Let's keep an eye out or if you have any ideas.
