[cisco-voip] BARS IPCC Express restore?

Is your .tar file in the root of c:\ versus a sub-folder?

 

Did you backup the file using BARS 4.0.12  and use BARS 4.0.12 to
restore?

I am in the process to up-grade IPCC CRA version 3.5(2) to 4.0(4), but
when we are doing BARS to restore we are getting the following message?

Has anyone got in to this problem?
