[cisco-voip] BARS IPCC Express restore?

Thanks Jason,

Yes, I back up the file using BARS 4.0.12 and restore with BARS 4.0.12

After we spent some time with Cisco Tac, the solution was the following:

-Add the Call manager host to the IPCC and vice versa

-Disable the Warning check mark from Internet option advance tab.

Best regards,

Is your .tar file in the root of c:\ versus a sub-folder?

Did you backup the file using BARS 4.0.12 and use BARS 4.0.12 to
restore?

Subject: [cisco-voip] Error

Good afternoon all,

I am in the process to up-grade IPCC CRA version 3.5(2) to 4.0(4), but
when we are doing BARS to restore we are getting the following message?

Has anyone got in to this problem?

Best regards,

Walter Ocampo
