[cisco-voip] CCM 5.1 Attendant Console Presence...

If you have more than one NIC in the PC you may have to tell AC which IP to
bind to in the advanced settings.  I see this frequently on laptops with a
wired and wireless NIC both active and on PCs with vpn client software.
