[cisco-voip] Phone Registration Rejected after adding BLFs on 7914

Sounds like CSCsg12278 - BLF,StationMaxButtonTemplateSize is reached,
user gets registration rej.
Looks like the limit is determined by the number of CMs in your CM
group.
Fixed in 5.1(1b) and a 5.0(4)ES but you should be running 5.1.1 anyway.
