[cisco-voip] Force IP Communicator to use internal microphone

Robert,

Yes, I did verify that it has a microphone.  Went into sound recorder
and was able to successfully record my voice.

Yes, I have run the tuning wizard multiple times and messed extensively
with the settings.

Did you re-run the audio tuning wizard?  Are you _sure_ that your laptop

has a microphone?  We found out the hard way that Latitude D410's _do 
not_ have a microphone.
