[cisco-voip] vpn

I have a question that is not for this forum, but I would like some input.  The question is, if on my pix 515 firewall, I set the vpngroup idle-time to 2400,  why then does my user keep informing me that his Microsoft vpn connection is dropping out after 10 mins.
