We only smartnet things that if they go bad we would be "up a creek with
out a paddle" phones --> No, Access Switches --> No, Distribution /
core switches / routers we do. We also keep SmartNet on all Software
and VGW's, But we also keep spares on things we don't smartnet.

Hey everyone!
I just got one of those weird "third party" mailings that it was time to
renew my SmartNet. Sort of like those ones you get about renewing your
domain for $75 when you can do it anywhere else for $15.
Anyway, it got me to thinking. Do you carry SmartNet on EVERYTHING??
Phones? All switches? I am just curious, trying to get an idea as I
look at my smartnet renewal costs!!!!
