We don't smartnet phones or anything with a lifetime warranty. We spare them instead. We have also elected not to smartnet our APs - we'll just replace them when they go bad.

Subject: [cisco-voip] SmartNet or Not
Hey everyone!
I just got one of those weird "third party" mailings that it was time to renew my SmartNet. Sort of like those ones you get about renewing your domain for $75 when you can do it anywhere else for $15.
Anyway, it got me to thinking. Do you carry SmartNet on EVERYTHING?? Phones? All switches? I am just curious, trying to get an idea as I look at my smartnet renewal costs!!!!
Todd
