[cisco-voip] Cannot transfer an off net call to another codec through an h323 gw

Do you see anything in the CM event logs about an unavailable MTP resource?


Also, enabling slow start on the gateway often solves problems like this.
It's a setting under voice services voip -> h323 I think.
