[cisco-voip] PowerChute install on VoIP servers

We are using APC as UPS for our VoIP servers. Servers are all windows
2000 platform. Did anyone install the APC Powerchute software on VoIP
servers to shutdown when APC goes to battery mode? Did anyone had issue
with it?
