Sounds like a codec problem. IPCCx only works with G711. setup some
Xcoding resources.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Phones in a different device pools can't transfer
toan extension setup as a IPCC pilot point

I have an issue where phones that are in different device pools (except
one) are unable to dial an extension setup to be a pilot point for a
IPCC contact center queue. They just get a pause then a busy. Can
anyone point me in the right direction as to what I'm missing? Thanks!
