[cisco-voip] attendant console broadcast option is missing

the option you are looking for is not on the CCM admin page.

go to c:\program files\cisco\callmanagerattendant\bin and start 
acconfig.bat. Here you'll find your option.

Assure you are on the server the Cisco TCD is running on.
