[cisco-voip] can't register new gateway

Is your gateway name configured as

vgw-kemptville.net.uoguelph.ca

I see you mentioned that you put the domain name in the description
field, but the domain name should be concatenated with the hostname
and the entire string is used as the device name for the mgcp gw
configuration in ccmadmin.
