[cisco-voip] codec complexity flex command

I tried entering the "codec complexity flex" command under my voice-card and although it took it, when I do a show run, it only comes up with the following:
  voice-card 0
   no dspfarm
Is the flex code the default? What show command can I use to verify that flex is being used?
