[cisco-voip] my 7941 phone are making my swich ports bounce

for some reason we have a group of 7941 that we plug in to the 3560 poe sw.  when they power up it causes the sw port to go up and down. on the phone it shows Ethernet disconnect and them registering and back to disconnect.  on the sw its just going up and down.  Now we have a few phones that are up and fine.  but the bulk of them have this problem.  Have anybody else seen this. its almost like the auto duplex is not working for the phones
