[cisco-voip] Call Park Issue on 5.1

Is this only an issue when you park the call immediately after answering
it? I noticed the same thing during testing because I'd answer the call and
park it right away. If I'd wait 5 seconds or so first, then when parking
the call the park number displayed. I wouldn't expect many calls to be
parked this quickly in production so I didn't worry about it too much.
