[cisco-voip] IPCC Express for 5.1

I have been asked to investigate getting IPCC up and running for our
helpdesk, we are running 5.1(1)b, now I know that IPCC 4.5SR2 is the
version for 5.X, but I see that there is also a Data Sheet for IPCC
Express 5.0

That's all I can find on CCO for that version and it does not state what
version of Call Manager it's for, does anyone have any further
information on this version IE is it Windows / Linux etc or is this
going to be the version for CM 6.0

 

As soon as it's available we will want to move to 6.0 so I don't want to
install a version of IPCC now and find it will need to be upgraded when
we eventually go to 6.0. 

 

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
