[cisco-voip] CallManager service start timer...

Look at the service parameters for CallManager. There is an entire
section of various initialization timers (Clusterwide Parameters
System - General). The one you want is most likely Route Plan
Initialization Timer.

I have a customer with a huge number of route patterns (3000+), and

I have fixed this before, by changing the timeout for the service to
start... but I can't remember what the parameter to change is...

Any ideas?
