[cisco-voip] CallManager service start timer...

I have a customer with a huge number of route patterns (3000+), and
every time they reboot the server, the CCM service fails to start
(didn't respond in a timely fashion)...

I have fixed this before, by changing the timeout for the service to
start... but I can't remember what the parameter to change is...

Any ideas?
