[cisco-voip] Dialing from the IP phone's corporate directory

You can have the directory application search multiple directories
without being in the domain.  Have you checked the application you were
using for multiple directory entries?

You're right.

We checked on a different server and it was NOT the
case that we had all of our users in the active
directory.

Back to the drawing board... :(
