[cisco-voip] attendant console issues - call stuck in call manager Q

Just implemented Call manager cluster for a customer  with the
following software 

 

 

OS2000-4-3 sr8 

 

CCM 4-2-3 sr1

 

 IPCC Express 4-1

 

 

Everything went fine apart from the attendant consoles. On Day one
when calls started coming into the attendants - when they are all busy
calls go to the Q because I enabled the Q in the accconfig.bat
utility. But then when the attendants are free again the calls are not
de-queued to them. Worked with tac and they gave me an engineering
special version of CCM to load. Upgraded the cluster last night.
Looked better this morning but at 11 am the customer reported that the
same thing happened again so we restarted the cti manager service on
the active call manager. This seems to help but it is not ideal and
eventually we will have to find out why this error is occurring.

 

Will post to the group if we find a way to resolve.

 

So - please be aware that depending on the software version you intend
to install - that you might encounter similar problems
