[cisco-voip] Unity Language Install?

I am trying install an additional language on Unity. Using the CDs
downloaded from CCO I only get the option to install English though I have
downloaded the CD for the other language I need to install as well. English
United States is the only option during the install with the downloaded CDs.
I have not received the DVD media yet. Can anyone help me with what I am
missing here?
