[cisco-voip] 7970 running SCCP70.8-2-2SR2S resets on CCM 5.0.4.2000-1

There wasn't a bug ID. The client was using CCM 3.3
and  the firmware was quite dated so I just went off
of a colleague's recommendations to update the
firmware.
