You can try Interactive Intelligence (www.inin.com I think).  You can also 
check out Symposium from Nortel, and Genesys from Avaya.

Anyone have any suggestions for a an Enterprise Contact Center besides 
IPCC.  I would actually like to compare features and functionality with 
IPCC Enterprise.
