[cisco-voip] ccmuser / speed dials

Speed dials NOT associated with a button are accessed
via the AbbrDial softkey. Fast dials are dialed using
the services key so long as the user has subscribed
and configured the service correctly.

You may enter fast dials without a directory entry.
Just enter a DIRECTORY NUMBER on the right side when
assigning fast dials.
