[cisco-voip] Media Gateway issue with NTE

Hi all,

I have a issue with a Cisco AS5400 and NTE, the problem is simple:

the first CRCX:

contains a fmtp with tone from 0 to 15, when a call goes in progress the
MGC send a MDCX to the MG.

As you can seen MGC want to use tone from 0-16, 16 is the "flash".
Now the mediagateway should be able to change the session but an error
occur during NTE negotiation:

and the MG return to the MGC a 502 error:

I've read about the MF package for the support of fmtp, i've tried
actived it "mgcp package-capability mf" but nothing change

Can i do something on the MG to solve this issue? or i've to work on the
MGC side?
